Anne was born Thursday, September 24, 1942 at Prince Albert, Saskatchewan to Don and Irene Lindsay. The family started farming in 1949 in the Carrot Valley.
Anne was united in marriage to Leonard Martin Olson on December 21, 1960 at Calgary, Alberta. Anne and Leonard were joined by Wayne (1961), Daniel (1962), Kim (1965), Geron (1968) and Jordan (1974).
Anne was a caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother. She kept busy with her children and many foster children. Anne enjoyed gardening, riding horses, music, dancing, reading, fishing and playing the drums.
Anne worked for The Pas Corrections for 20 plus years, she was respected by everyone she worked with. She always took the time to talk with past inmates on the street.
Anne passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at St. Paul’s Personal Care Home, The Pas, Manitoba, at the age of 76 years.
Anne was predeceased by her brothers Allan and Jim; mother Irene; father Donald; son Daniel.
Anne is survived by her children Wayne (Donna) Olson; Kim Olson, Geron (Amanda) Olson, Jordan Olson; grandchildren Brittney (Lance) Neubauer, Cody Staple, Tyler Olson, Alyssa Olson, Daniel Olson, Keri Olson, Leonard Olson; great grandchildren Kayden Staple, Jade Neubauer.
