Elaine Mary (Bloomquist) Dubé

Condolences to all Elaine's family, relatives and many friends.
          Elaine had a considerate and supportive personality which suited her profession with Service Canada.  Elaine was always a person who treated all the Apprenticeship Manitoba students fair at Keewatin Community College (now UCN) .  Elaine always had a positive solution for any issues that arose in any of the classes.  The   the Industrial Mechanics (Millwright) class was delivered, (which myself and others instructed) and later while I was the  Apprenticeship Councillor representative  covering Northern Manitoba.


R.I.P.  Elaine,  you will be missed by many.

Elaine was a really special lady.  All who knew her will miss her very much.  Our sincere condolences to all of you.
