My heart feels so heavy right now. I do remember how welcome and comfortable I felt many years ago when I would go to hang out with Karen. What a loving home Gladys created for her family.

I only had a short time to get to know Gladys. In that short time, I got to know a strong woman who maintained her strength and dignity right up to her last day. Now shines a new and bright star in the heavens. You’ll never be forgotten, and it was a real pleasure to get to know you.

Am very sorry to hear of Dolly's passing. I learned a lot from her on several of the committees we sat on together, beginning with the Friendship Centre, many years ago. Deepest sympathies to her family and friends.
