Lorette Luce Dupas (née Corbel), born October 8, 1936, passed away peacefully March 31, 2026 with family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Norman and daughter Jeannette, and will be forever remembered by Ronald (Sharon), Gabrielle and Julien; Michel (Jenny), André and Cabrel; Raymond (Karen), Jordan, Breanne and Sierra; Aline (Jim) and Annie; Jacqueline (Jonathan) and Jacob; Mathieu and Geneviève along with many extended family members and friends whose lives she touched. Mom was born to a family of 16 siblings whose love of sharing and connection continues to endure. Faith guided this beautiful woman to keep a candle lit for the departed, offer a kind word to those in need, help carry the hopes and struggles of others. Mom enjoyed the simple pleasures of life; coffee in bed, home cooked meals, song, crosswords and many visits at family reunions. Lorette leaves a rich legacy of kindness, determination and compassion, living on in the hearts of those who are fortunate to have known her. Internment will be held October 10, 2026, 3pm, Ste. Amélie Cemetery. Potluck and sharing memories to follow at Ste. Amélie Community Hall after graveside.
