It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Robert J. Castel on September 1, 2026 @ 9:40 am at Flin Flon Hospital with his daughter Deanna and sister Sylvia by his side. He battled with Cancer for 2 years. He was a teacher all over northern Manitoba. He enjoyed teaching, it was his passion especially working with children. He loved and enjoyed playing and singing and especially recording songs.  Robert was humble and kind to everyone he crossed paths with. He was an amazing colleague to so many wherever he had worked. He adored and loved his daughter and especially his grand children and his chapan.

Robert will be missed by many family and friends.
