FRECHETTE, DOREEN LOUISE (NEE LAFLEUR)
September 5, 1927-October 27, 2023
After a beautiful life of 96 years, on October 27th, 2023, our mother, Doreen Louise Frechette (nee LaFleur), left us to be with her love, Marcel, son James and her many dear family and friends.
Mom and Dad had 10 children together: Marilyn (Garry), Gerry (Sheila), Diane (Ken), James, Val (Jim), Danny (Janet), Suzanne, Angela, Judy (Kelly), Marcie (Charlene). They were blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mom’s passion for life was on raising her children, building a family with love and laughter and fun. Having all her family around her was of the utmost importance. She loved a party, loved to sing, dance and laugh. She encouraged and supported us in all our endeavours. We were truly blessed to have her as our mom, friend, cheerleader and greatest supporter.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thank you to all her caregivers over the past few years, Pineview in The Pas, Snow Lake Health Centre and Golden West Centennial lodge in Winnipeg. Your care and compassion are appreciated beyond words.
We will miss her deeply.
