Paul Personius

                 It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of my love, our dad, son, choom, Godson, nephew, uncle, and friend on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, MB, at the age of 48 years around the sun.

                 Jr was a devoted son and a loving dad to Tyler, Darius, Nolan, Carter, Kylie and Wacey. He loved spending time with his Godchildren: Joseph, Eddie, Halle and Kayla. Paul enjoyed spending countless hours with his children and his pride and joys the choomies Baby Gus and Lovelynn.

Jr grew up in Big Eddy. He enjoyed life to the fullest, he was a trainer for OCN Storm, he graduated high school from Margaret Barbour Collegiate Institute 1996 and was a firefighter since the age of 18.

Jr’s many passions were fishing, hunting, hockey, baseball, pool, soccer, golf, square dancing, Easterville Lakeside Square Dancers, jigging, singing, and shooting the breeze with his friends, saying he was, "Going to talk to an ole man about a horse" and travelling. Jr spent entire summers in Nunavut at his buddy Ryan’s camp on many adventures.

  Jr is survived by his love Becky; his mother Rose; children Tyler (Guston), Darius, Nolan, Carter, Kylie, Wacey; grandchildren Baby Gus and Lovelynn; siblings Cynthia; Roy (Tracey), Greg and Rueben (Janna), Sophia; aunts and uncles Irene, Pauline (Louie), Barbara (Sam), Doris, Margaret, Raymond, Bruce and Guy; many cousins on both sides, too many to mention. If we forgot anyone it was not intentional. 

Jr was predeceased, by his father Paul Personius Sr.; grandparents Louis Gideon and Betsy Personius, Roy and Winnie Quill, Lillian (Sidney), Horace (Marie), Pat, Marion (Edward), Catherine (Terry), Myra, Eileen, Norman, Earl.
