Raincloud Ballantyne Obituary
Unexpectedly, Raincloud made his journey home to the Spirit World on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 in Flin Flon, Manitoba, at the age of 17 years.
Raincloud was born Tuesday, January 8, 2002 to Debbie (Francois) Ballantyne and Peter Ballantyne in Pukatawagan, Manitoba.
Raincloud better know as “Peanut” was born and raised in his home town of Pukatawagan and throughout his teenage life, before moving to Flin Flon, Manitoba to be with his sister, nephew and nieces and favourite nestow, Donovan Colomb.
Raincloud loved the outdoors as much as he loved his family and friends. He always brought laughter to the room when he was around and he would never leave the house without his music. It was never quiet when he was around, he loved telling stories of his adventures. His greatest joy was spending time with his nieces and nephews. His favourite nephew that he loved spending time with in Pukatawagan or Flin Flon was Lebron Colomb, who he nicknamed “Lebronski”.
Raincloud, aka “Peanut” leaves to mourn his passing his parents Debbie and Peter Ballantyne; brothers Medicine, Aaron (Angela), Tron (Judy), Solomon (Hayle), Norman (Rebecca and their son Ricardo), Xavier, Eagle, Sky, Jimale; sisters Tipiskow, Sheena (Kyle), Bailey (Donovan), Stacey (Norton) and their family, Aelia (Kaylea), “Best Bro Katie”; uncles Ernest, Phillip, Lloyd, Randy, Harvey, Thomas, Ricky, Conrad, Allan (Penny), Lucien (Delhia), Cornelius, Lucia Sinclair; aunties Brenda Dumas, Margaret Ballantyne, Lorraine Francois; granny Marie Louise Dumas; great granny Mary Ballantyne; foster parents Beverly Hart and Bruno Bighetty; favourite nephew Lebron Colomb; favourite cousins Quintina Berens-Francois, Tyrone Berens-Francois; and many cousins too numerous to mention. If we forgot anyone it was not intentional.
Raincloud is reunited with all those who passed before him.
