Sarah "Cassy" Daniels

Sarah Lynn was born Tuesday, January 16, 1990 in The Pas, Manitoba to Virginia and Donald Castel.

My sister, I’ll never forget! My sister, Cassy loved baking, even when her Lupus was hard on her body, she still baked. She always had an open heart when it came to someone asking for help or asking for something, she gave and did what she could, always.

She always talked about her only baby girl, Alessandra, she love her so much! Cassy talked about changing her life around.  She loved dancing and singing, she loved her Lifetime shows. Cassy loved cooking outside when the power would be out.

My sister, I’ll forever miss and always love you. You left too soon without a proper goodbye, you gained your wings and are no longer lonely or in pain. You are where you always wanted to be, at home with Mommy and your Daddy and sissy and everyone else.

Don’t worry, I’ll always have your baby’s whenever they need me day and night. Me and sissy will always love your baby sis Starla and Big Sis Melissa. She could’ve stayed a bit longer.

Sarah passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in The Pas, Manitoba at the age of 35 years.

Sarah is survived by her children Donald Daniels, Seth Colomb, Zackius Colomb, Pascal Daniels, Alessandra Daniels; sister Melissa Daniels and her children Jericho Francois, Hendrick Francois, Melody Daniels, Maverick Francois, Jayda Daniels and Walker Daniels; sister Starla Castel and her children Sandria Ducharme, Kathryn Ducharme, and many other relatives too  numerous to mention.

Sarah is predeceased by her mom Virginia Castel; dad Donald Castel; daughters Sandra Daniels, Sheila Daniels and infant baby Angel Daniels-Colomb; stepbrother Cory Daniels; aunties Lorna Daniels, Norma Jean Daniels, Emma Dorion, Madeline Daniels, Darlene Daniels and Maggie Colomb. If we forgot anyone it was not intentional.
