Sharon was born in The Pas, MB and lived in Sturgeon Landing, SK until 1985. She then moved to Wanless, MB and spent the rest of her life there. She met Robert Gordon Cook with whom she had five children, four boys and one girl; Brian, Roland, Darren, Nicholas and Jessica. Sharon also shared a Godson Seth Dionne with her late Common Law Norman Bloomfield.
Sharon loved to do beadwork, go for her morning walks to the mail with her sister Jenny and brother Clifford. She always helped the community by cleaning the hall, church and cemetery whenever Lena or Vi would ask her to. She loved to volunteer, and loved spending time with her family especially her sisters Bernadette, Verna, the late Brenda, and Bernice. Sharon always enjoyed traveling, going to the casino and listen to gospel. In her later years she met and fell in love with Norman Bloomfield.
Sharon is survived by her two sons Darren and Nicholas; her daughter Jessica; sisters Bernadette (Bruno), Verna, Jenny and Bertha; brothers Clifford and Richard; as well as Sharon’s numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great – great nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.
Sharon was predeceased by her mother Melanie Dionne; father Allison Bonner; Common law Norman Bloomfield; sons Brian Dionne and Roland Cook; son in law Eugene Michelle; brothers Clifford Joseph Dionne and Bernard Dionne; sisters Shirley Fortney, Freda Jobb, Agnes Dionne; grandparents Joe Caribou, Elizabeth McDonald; nephew Mitchell Gamache; aunties Margaret Caribou, Agnes Morin and Harriet Ray; uncles Joe Caribou jr., Eli Caribou, Paul Caribou, Richard Bonner; brother in law Bernard Jobb; as well as numerous other family members too numerous to mention.
